- Wine Chemistry: pH 3.65, TA .53, Alc 14.5%
- Tasting Notes: A refined, elegant, seductive, wine; truly an artistic expression. A proprietary blend of small lot, whole berry fermentations of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, Malbec and Merlot using the finest French cooperage, aged 18 months in 100% new French oak. An elegant nose yields aromas of cedar and ripe strawberries followed by a glorious, silky mouth feel with ultra fine grain tannins. Fresh acidity highlights the complex array of flavors.
